Expenses on a Spread Sheet

The Salary isn’t really 9000. But I would like to see how far I can go with that alone. The excess of 9000 will automatically goes to my savings. Also, if you notice, the School Fee is tagged as “TBA”- it stands for To be added. It isn’t the start of school year yet and I have no idea whether the school will stick to the old pricing or not.

I hate to say it, but cigarette is really part of my daily finances.  I don't have food budget because I always eat at home before I head out to report to work.

I forgot to include the Tithes and Offering for our church but I guess that shouldn’t be considered as daily finances. It is something you give out of faith and belief and it is for the love of God and our church.

When it comes to finances, I find it hard to sustain myself the capacity to be victorious over temptation. There’s a lot to indulge and also, places to go. How can I ever resist the mountain when it’s calling me? How can I resist the voices of nature when they’re alluring me? These questions and a lot more. I was asking those questions to justify myself when it comes to finances because I, sometimes forget my limit. I do not have discipline and thought I have no control over the matter. But it isn’t true. This actually led me to finding this book that talks about finances.

When we pray, after we thank God for all the blessings, we actually ask for provision. And to me, praying for provision and guidance would not mean anything if you won’t help yourself.

With great determination I know I can do this.
