I could never cheat on anyone. It’s the type of mistake and wrong doing that I couldn’t live with. Knowing that you destroyed someone’s trust is bad, but destroying someone’s perspective on love is far worse.

To you,

I know we tend to be vulnerable at times. We are fragile even. It doesn’t change the fact that we can become powerful too.

First, I am sorry that I am hating you as of this writing. Because of you, the man I love has no believe in love and what joy it can bring to our lives. He would not believe in the goodness of having someone taking care of him. He is too mad and too strong. He is capable of not caring at all. He is selfish that it breaks my heart to pieces.

I may not know the reason why you left him. But it turned the man I love to something that gives pain into my chest. I know it isn’t fair to blame you, but you are still the reason why he would not trust again.

Or maybe not.

I have been thinking about it lately. Maybe, it isn’t because of you that he doesn’t want to love again. Maybe, I am not the one who would make him feel alive again. Maybe, I am not enough for him.

Maybe, he meant well. Maybe, he was just too nice.

I was loving him in silence hoping that he’d wake up one day realizing that he loves me and everything is worth-risking.

I wish I can tell you how much it kills me when I have to deal with unreasonable and difficult people.

I am under the impression that I am being tested. It’s unimaginable. It breaks my heart knowing that there are people like them.

Which led me to search for articles that talk about them. I found a good one, Ten Keys to Handling Unreasonable & Difficult People .  Now, this blog talks about how I do it. And why do I write about it?

I know this someone. Okey, he isn’t just someone. He is special. If not, none of these would’ve mattered to me right?

How do I survive  dealing with the kind?

  • Sigh. When I sigh, that means retreat for me. There is nothing more fulfilling than showing diplomacy and do not talk when you are tempted to retaliate with words.
  • Look them in the eye with no emotion. There is nothing more satisfying than giving them what they deserve. They deserve no answer and a blank stare. I was once an aggressive and it didn’t do me any good. If there is one thing I learned, it’s to smile and to make them feel that you don’t care enough to respond. It kills the enemy.
  • Show them how the game is done. One way or the other, the negative person will learn that they are not high and mighty as they think they are. They are difficult to deal with because they have insecurities and they will never tell you that. They are strong but they aren’t unbreakable. Keep your cool.

These aren’t enough but you know how I hate battling for something that isn’t even worth thinking about.

This is the nth time I climb this mountain in Nasugbu, Batangas. This last time, I was able to do it alone. I braved climbing it alone!

How to get there:

From Manila: Take a bus from Coastal with the sign board “Batangas- Lemery”. After approximately 3-4 hours, you will be in Evercrest Gold Course, Batangas. If I am not mistaken, fare is only P142/ one way. From Evercrest, you can either walk a cemented way to the jump off or take a tricycle for P100.

The first photo here is one of the things I hate about being alone. Who would take a good photo of myself in action? 😉

After 30 minutes of endless walking, I got to Camp 8. There, I saw a lot of climbers. Some were there for a day hike, some for overnight. I had to look for a place to stay where I can keep myself relaxed. I went to the usual place we pitch our tent. Surprisingly, I didn’t notice any of my FOG-mates. I was alone! Really! And it’s 8 in the morning. After an hour, I was relaxed. I walked around to check again if I have friends. There goes Ateng and Mami Zeng. Finally, I have found people to socialize with.

So there's my bag. I'm full packed for an overnight stay in the mountain. I left the city at 4 in the morning, got to Evercrest at 8am.

Kuya, the ice cream vendor was so nice to take a good picture of me. He was also nice joining me for a walk to Camp 8.

Who says Sea of Clouds can only be found in Mt. Pulag? Our very own Batulao has it. This was seen from Peak 7.

Happy Campers

My happy neighbors.

Batulao at its best.

I’d say nature at its best!

See, that’s the thing about being in a relationship. You always think about the happiness of your partner. I saw this article and it reminded me of yesterday. Hun and I were just talking about this things. Looking back to when we started, it made me realize, we were good without each other. But now that we have each other, we are at our best together.

10 Definitive Ways to tell you are in love with the right someone

I love this relationship because it makes me a better person. – Gab to Ney

It was never a long time when I was such a wreck. But God is just so good to give me wonderful people who I can rely on. People who loves how bubbly I can get sometimes. And hates how I screw things sometimes. They never leave me whatever I decide to do. They support good things. They detest bad decisions. They are my family and home away from home.

When someone steals your Goddess moment. Sucks right?
Epic Fail!

Who would dare miss it for the world?
Obviously, not me.

I went out on a date with my two good friends.
They are couple and I looked like a chaperone.
But since they are the only ones I can watch this movie with,
I didn’t mind for a second.

So, Stoick was dead in the movie. The mother is still alive after 20years of disappearing. Toothless became the Alpha. Hiccup is now the chief.

I guess they’ll have part 3 of this movie. Who knows.
But the adventure, fun and excitement while watching it was there.
The movie is good for everyone.

No dull moments. The baby dragons were so cute.

I recommend it for everyone who has kids. They’ll love it for sure.

I was not a natural. . . . This is the story of becoming . . . the Hard Way.”

You know what I hate most about my friend, Mark?

It’s when he ambushes me. He keeps on dragging me to a cozy place like Starbs.

I am like “Great! Here comes the spending much more than what should be moment again!”

I can only hate him so much, you know.
But since he’s the only friend I have. I mean. Closest among all the others. What else can I do?

Am I stuck here?

I can’t believe I am saying this in blog. But this disturbing thought keeps hunting me.

So I guess I’ll rant. Don’t worry readers. We’re close enough to understand that this is us when we hate each other. He’ll understand.

As a matter of fact, he’s beside me.
And before I publish this, he knows already! 😛

To Read.

I have quite a few eh and I still can’t find time to read ’em.

First, I am excited to attend the service. I am preoccupied with longing for God’s word.

Second, I still have one more shift til I get to rest.
Third, I am addicted to ebooks.

As much as I want to read the traditional way, (reading a book with paperbacks in your favorite spot) I just can’t start it, I don’t know why.

My friend gave me these books. Actually, the Pag-Ibig Thingy and Self-help book are new, I bought them just last month. The Nicholas Sparks‘ were given as a gift from a dear friend. The two others, Life of Pi and The curious incident of the dog in the night-time are just some-things borrowed. My precious friend who actually gave me the Sparks’ book and who lend me the two others, is just one person. Very generous and kind.

So I cannot actually give you some insights about the books yet.
But I will. Soon.

Good friends, good books, and a sleepy conscience: this is the ideal life.

The ticket.

The Food with the ticket.

So after days spent reading the book, The Fault in our Stars has finally come to life. Not that I am a big fan of tragedy or epic love story but I loved how the story made me believe in possibilities of forever. Forever doesn’t mean to be together always. But to be there with each other whatever comes.

The story of Augustus and Hazel Grace made me believe in love again.
Although I don’t have special someone to call. It made me feel special in my own way. This is an eye opener. A story that most people will embrace. Worth sharing.

It’s another story of love. Sickness. Depression. How two sick people love beyond any circumstances.

Indeed one of the best.

Here are some of the quotes from the book.

“You don’t get to choose if you get hurt in this world…but you do have some say in who hurts you. I like my choices.”
― John Green, The Fault in Our Stars

“There are infinite numbers between 0 and 1. There’s .1 and .12 and .112 and an infinite collection of others. Of course, there is a bigger infinite set of numbers between 0 and 2, or between 0 and a million. Some infinities are bigger than other infinities. A writer we used to like taught us that. There are days, many of them, when I resent the size of my unbounded set. I want more numbers than I’m likely to get, and God, I want more numbers for Augustus Waters than he got. But, Gus, my love, I cannot tell you how thankful I am for our little infinity. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. You gave me a forever within the numbered days, and I’m grateful.”
― John Green, The Fault in Our Stars
